The quality and completeness of the application
The originality of the concept and design of the product
The quality of material, workmanship and marketability
The appearance of the display space
The number of applicants with similar product

a minimum of four photographs that CLEARLY represent your product(s) and possibly your booth
set-up and display. Be certain that the photo presentation will “sell” your application!
other information such as brochures or web addresses may be included
a self-addressed stamped envelope for materials you wish returned
a deposit cheque of $100 post-dated to April 1, 2019. This deposit will be returned ONLY to
unsuccessful applicants OR may be held if on the “Wait List”
The “Call for Entry” Information & “Application” Form is made available by February each year
of $100 is due with the applicationis invoiced upon acceptanceis due JUNE 1 (post-dated to AUGUST 1, 2019)after notice of acceptance will be assessed a $45 processing fee; cancellation on or after September 1, 2019 forfeits the full booth fee
